Hearty Meat Lover's Chilli Bowl

This hearty dish is packed with nutrients and energy to give you the jumpstart that you need to be out more

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice 
  • 1 whole ripe avocado, chop as desired 
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes , chopped in halves
  • 2 cups It's Souper Meat Lovers Chilli
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheese 
  • Lime - cut in quarters (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp It's Souper Green Pepper Sauce 

Instructions:

Over Stovetop 

1. Heat It's Souper Meat Lovers Chilli in a saucepan over stovetop for 5 minutes on medium heat 

2. While chilli is heating, in a bowl add cooked brown rice , avocado and cherry tomatoes. 

3. To the bowl add heated chilli and garnish with cheese, lime zest and Green Pepper Sauce.

 Eat and enjoy!
